On the Credits and Authorship of Nighthawks
These pieces were composed solely by me in 2022. Each composition is a unique architecture of my own design.
Regarding the authorship and mechanical rights, the works are officially registered with SUISA. The ninth track, Night Dream, consists entirely of sound design, while all other tracks are officially recognized by SUISA as my sole compositions.
It is deeply regrettable that the official album credits currently reflect information that contradicts these established rights. To protect the integrity of my work and ensure that my music is presented with honesty, formal legal proceedings are currently underway.
